No. HEY, HOOPLAH! crisps are not Certified Kosher.

Yes! Plant and Meat Eaters alike can eat HEY, HOOPLAH! crisps. 

No, corn over here! We love our beans for the most nutrition possible! 

We make sure our facilities are peanut free, so even our friends with nut allergies can enjoy HEY, HOOPLAH! crisps.

Our crisps are made internationally, however we source locally when ever possible. 

HEY, HOOPLAH! products are distributed in the US. We hope to expand to more regions soon!

Yes! We want our packaging to also reflect our sustainability beliefs and standards therefore you can recycle our bags. 

Unopened bags from production date will stay fresh for 12 months, but honestly, we don't think you have to worry about that one. Once you open the bag, we bet you it will be empty shortly.

Shipping is a flat fee of $4.99.

Most orders ship between 1-2 business days. However, fulfillment may take as 5-7 days depending on order volumes.

If you would like to make change your order, please send us an email at hello@heyhooplah.com ASAP, so we can try and catch your order before it ships out.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation in an email along with a tracking number. Give the tracking number
24 hours to update once received.

Currently we do not offer custom variety packs. However, we have created several premade variety
packs that we have to say are $%#@!? good!


If your package was marked delivered but you don't see if at your doorstep. Contact us at hello@heyhooplah.com and we can help you track it down! Alternatively, you can look for the tracking number and history. If you are still unable to locate please contact your carrier - UPS (l-800-742-5877) FedEx (l-800-463-339) or USPS (l-800-275-8777).

If shipping address was to an apartment or office building, we recommend checking in neighbors, front desk attendant, property managers or mail rooms. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.


Online - we do not offer online returns. We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer exchanges or refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us an email at hello@heyhooplah.com with your order number and reason for return. Only return requests made within 30 days of receiving your order will be considered for a return or exchange. In Store - Please refer to the return policy of the grocery store or other location where purchased.
